What did you all use for dosing and how often.
I was on this way back when I suspected an acute reaction to mold exposure and was using it for detox as well.... I went ahead and got the script refills and I found my 5 cans and am taking it now again as I suspect my home..
I used to take it at night and in the middle of the night too so as to not intefere with my intensive abx therapies and other things I was taking all day.
But I am not doing stuff all day so I can now take it more spread out.
IT says to take one scope 4 times a day. But what do you and have others taken? Esp wonder your high dose end?
Thanks.
Got the greatest weapon for any constipation issues .. and that is my wonderful love it supplement of all time.. Ozonated Magnesium Oxide. SO I have no worries there.
I want to take the highest dosage and really get at it.. But will pulse that high dose and then go down to more normal dosing such as one week on and one week off..
I do great with pulsing on many treatments. AFter years it seems I have to dig deeper on treatments to get at things...and get results..
ANy advice appreciated up front.

The dosage I used was very small...can't quite remember.....1 tsp mixed with 1 TBSP of Meatamucil.
Even at that small dosage the constipation problems were unbearable and I had to stop taking it. It really cleared my head though.

I took compounded capsules 600 mg without fillers. 6 capsules 3 times a day for several months. But later on less, as much as I could tolerate.
You have to start on low dose because of severe herx. The herx comes after several days.
