I have it too, it comes and goes. My knee was really bad two weeks ago, now it's fine.

Yeah, my doctor said this was from inflammation too. Should get better with treatment, but in the meantime, MSM and Glucosamine might help.

MSM is almost pure sulfite, and if I were to take it, I'd get really sick too because I have sulfite intolerance.

My cracking literally wakes me in the night when I roll over. It is just disgusting. I pop like 5-9 times down my spine.
My son has unbelievable cracking in his ankles. Sometimes we can't stand to be around him. They just crack and crack and pop.
