I didn't know Evening Primrose Oil helped with hair loss. I started Biotin after a hairdresser noticed a pinky size bald spot on my scalp which I am sure was caused by stress. It went away, so I continue to take the Biotin.

I have been taking Biotin for at least a year. My hair has just now started thinning on top, so not sure it is helping. I searched on lymenet and there is talk about evening primrose oil for hair loss. -------------------- Tick bite May 2009 Diagnosed June 2009
