My son (21) has been on rifampin and bactrim for 3 or so months now, just added bicillin shots once a week...no better, no worse.
He has only neurological lyme so can't ask how he's feeling, doesn't talk but he seems to be handling it well.
sorry I couldn't be of more help...also as far as I know, he doesn't have either of those coinfections..just RSMF.
