My med schedule is every 2 hours from 8am to 10 pm. It sucks. The cholestyramine is the last thing I take, by itself, at 10pm.

I do my Cholestyramine at 6am. Then again before bed time.
That's the only two times in a day I can find that's far away from everything else. Give that a try.

Cholestyramine is a big-guns binder, it collects the toxins in your GI tract and carries them out of the body. It is often used for people with mold toxicity. It's also the "hot" thing right now for binding neurotoxins.
Because it's a binder you want to space it at least 2 hours from meds and other supplements--don't want to carry the good out with the bad. It's also important to make sure you have good water intake as it can cause constipation.
My doctor is not sold on it as he prefers natural supplements, meaning heavy use of chlorella before trying cholestyramine. Even small amounts of chlorella exacerbated my stomach pain, though, so he agreed to try the cholestyramine. I am not sure if it's making a difference.
**Edited to acknowledge that there is debate about toxins and their role in disease. I am not a scientist so I am only sharing what I've read about cholestyramine.

Thanks for your help. I am giving it a try. I have managed to get in two a day.
I don't know how 3 would be possible.
I had the most scariest, weirdest dream last night...would this cause it?
I read Mold Warriors, it is hard to get thru, but has good info. Happy day to all.

LOL, Lymetoo, doesn't that figure. You must smile at a lot of the posts by people like me rather new to this world.
Dogsandcats, I am sorry but I do not have a mold book recommendation. What I have on my shelf is Buhner's "Healing Lyme," the Burrascano guidelines, and Pam Weintraub's "Cure Unknown." After those I decided that there were other things I needed to do in life and started reading fiction again.
