I'm not saying I'm 100%. And I know very well everyone is different, but I have made great progress after trying these 2 things for about 6 months. Just wanted to pass it along in case someone is in the position where they would like to try something new. After over a decade, I can no longer tolerate antibiotics. We began making our own natto using the frozen packets as starter. It has an immediate adaptogenic effect on me. An acquired taste to be sure, but I would eat a bug if it made a difference in my health. The Valletta protocol is a dose of magnesium (I use malate as suggested by Marnie) and low-dose sublingual b-6 every 2 waking hours. The patent is here:http://www.freepatentsonline.com/6248368.html I should say, I'm trying other things as well, but I feel these 2 things have pushed me to a new level. I like to get regular sunlight and push myself to exercise even when I've felt lousy. Eat a low-G.I., whole foods, alkalizing diet. Blend lemons up to drink. I've been in variously awful shape over the last decade. Terrible neuropathy, loss of sensation, brain fog, weakness, inflammatory arthritis. A diagnosis of a demyelinating condition called CIDP. For over 9 months I could barely feel my face, neck and extremities. My neuro told me I'd very likely never get sensation back. Horrifying. Several times I thought I'd surely die or be severely disabled. Just want to let folks know there is hope. You can bounce back. This stuff is so variable, I know I could be knocked down again tomorrow, but you can't live your life with an expectation like that. I relish this island of lucidity and ability in a sea of malaise. Fingers crossed it lasts a while.
