Definitely get it checked out. Are you seeing a doctor today?

The chest pain also really depends what it is like. There is something called costochondritis that some of us have due to Lyme and/or other infections, but it is so difficult to tell in the chest.

Definitely get it checked by a cardiologist. I didn't truly latch on to my costo diagnosis until I had the cardiologist rule out anything else.

A test for costo is pain due to touch. If you touch the spot on your ribcage and it hurts, or if it hurts to do things like reach into a cabinet or over your head, chances are decent you have costochondritis.

Good luck.
