I had a spell of low blood pressure, as well. I also have dysautonomia, so I was light-headed as well. When mine was that low, I called both my cardiologist and regular doctor, and they said there was not really anything to do besides increase fluid intake and stuff. You can try compression pants. One of the doctors said that if it gets too low, than you will just pass out and come back to. I don't feel like that is really good advise. Do you also feel kind of dazed? I feel like there is also a correlation with having a low Oxygen Saturation. Are you on antibiotics? Herx? Personally, I just have cycles of this and it gets better on its own. Maybe the life-cycle of the organism is involved. I wish there was more they could do for low bp!!

Hey Hope,
Anytime you have a heart related situation, please contact your doctor. If it is an emergency, please go to the emergency room.
That said...
Have you read up on the herxing process? This might help?
