I need some clarification please.

I take activated charcoal; 2 capsules twice daily.

Once in the afternoon and at bedtime.

I was told to take it 2 hours away from vitamins, supplements, abx and food. But have read differently on the archives. What is the time frame before and after to take charcoal?

Considering trying apple pectin, what dose is recommended?

I don't know about the apple pectin, but from everything I have read about charcoal, it will pull out all of your meds and vitamins if you don't do the two hour window.

This is why we only do once per day. It's just too hard to work it in any other time.

I struggle with trying to fit it all into a day. Taking all these pills in a short time frame to keep on schedule makes my belly work!

I take charcoal in the middle of the night, or before bed so that I have the 2 hour window. Its actually a four hour window... 2 before and 2 after. If I am herxing really badly, I take them midday as well. If I am herxing that bad, its not too hard to space it because I tend to back off of some of my supplements. The schedule thing is so hard! I take about 40 different supplements and medications, and always struggle with it. I wish that, since my doctor wants me to take everything, that HE had to figure it all out! Just kidding
