Wondering if I can take these two items together:

http://www.iherb.com/Dr-Mercola-Organic-Broken-Cell-Wall-Chlorella-450-Tablets/39403?at=0

AND

http://www.iherb.com/Econugenics-Detox-Complete-60-Veggie-Caps/23467?at=0

Thank you for your help [Smile]

Not sure why you'd need both, but it says second product is meant to be taken only with another product you did not mention, and only after toxic load has been significantly lowered.

There are a couple of things in the second product I am allergic to. If you have plant allergies, you may want to go slow on that too, until you see how you react.

Chlorella dosage should be worked up slowly, as it can cause die-off misery if you take too much without getting used to it. I had major cramps from it until I slowed down on increasing dosage.

I don't know how much detox you've already done, but if just starting, I think I'd use chlorella only until I could easily handle a full dose with no bad digestive effects, then switch to the other product combined with the chelation product it is designed to be used with.

Whatever you decide, I hope it works out for you.

Thanks Klutzo,

Current daily detox: 90 oz. water (lemon), epsom salt bath, sauna, detox tea, pectasol C

Prior to pectasol C, I was doing charcoal daily. Now I charcoal occasionally.
