Hello all:

I am beginning to add supplements in order to deal with these issues, not having addressed them previously.

My questions have to do with the groupings of medications and supplements. I take many abx, obviously, and also some meds for mood and anxiety. I also take probiotics.

I have been taking vitamins all along, as well as milk thistle, but now I am going to start taking things like seed extracts, and other supplements that carry names too long and difficult to spell or pronounce. :-)

Can folks share with me how they split-up their pills each day, if you were given instructions on how to do so?? (I assume that you were). Currently, I split only the antibiotics from the probiotics, but I know that more attention will be needed now.

Thanks you all!

It's pretty individualized. Maybe if you supplied a list, some of the folks here could help you sort it out.
