Will be following up with my primary but didn't know if there were 'natural' methods of calming my anxiety-ridden body down. It's driving my BP up. Haven't treated for bart yet, have lots of those symptoms. Just wondered how everyone else dealt with this problem.

Anxiety is one of the symptoms you get when you have low levels of magnesium.

Several studies have found that supplementing with fish oil (5 to 15 grams/day) lowers blood pressure in people with hypertension.

Hi all, thanks for that info. I didn't realize magnesium was related to anxiety though I already take what I am able to tolerate. Haven't done any adrenal support. I hate it, I feel like I'm 'crawling out of my skin' - I remember some literature talking about glutamate, etc...

I can't tolerate fish oil but am doing phosphatydil (sp?) choline mixture. I also know I often wake up anxious' and I know I have mild sleep apnea.

Checking out all your links, much appreciated.
