While you're at it, you can order the policosanol with red yeast rice. If you're afraid of the RYR .. then get the policosanol by itself. Very cheap.

Yes, it lowers cholesterol.
CO-Q10 converts to ubiqunol. Better to use ubiqunol and you usually use half the dose of CO-Q10.

I take 100 mg Ubiquinol. More is probably better, but gets expensive.
