I started systemic enzymes recently and I'm also treating Bartonella.
Is fibrin microscopic or can you feel it (like a lump under the skin)
And what are nodules? I feel these tiny BB-like lumps under my skin and I'm trying to figure out what they are and how to dissolve them.

Only a guess but, I don't think you'd be able to feel a fibrin! Maybe others will know.
Nodules 1.A small swelling or aggregation of cells in the body, esp. an abnormal one. 2.A swelling on a root of a leguminous plant, containing nitrogen-fixing bacteria.

Oh good, I'll be interested to hear what changes you notice. Which brand are you taking? How large a dose?
Fibrin is microscopic, in the blood. It makes the blood "thicker" and can coat the blood vessels and capillaries, making it more difficult for nutrients to pass through to the cells.
I took twelve tablets of Wobenzym daily for several years, and it was amazing at reducing the pain and headache. Five months ago I went up to 20 tablets daily. Wow, more improvement.
Systemic enzymes and also fish oil will reduce inflammation in the body. Inflammation is the body's immune response to infection, and causes many of the Lyme symptoms.
