I have been taking a parasite herbal blend for a couple months now and haven't had anything out of the ordinary happen from it? How do I know if I have parasites or if it's working?

Same goes for chlorella. How do I know if it's working and doing anything? Do we just trust that these things are working? I am on so many different supplements right now too and sometimes it feels like I'm wasting a ton of money I don't have.

For the parasite blend I would think you would notice something. Try switching the brand and maybe you'll have a different response.

Or you could go off it and see if you notice anything-- good or bad.

Chlorella, i think you just have to get a good brand.

I don't think with anything you really KNOW for certain.

The only way I can know for sure is if I'm testing one supplement at a time to see if I experience a reaction from it.

It's important to have an idea of how long it can take for something to work. For example, I did FIR sauna detoxing for 6 months, and my doctor just said keep going because it will be good for you,

and then suddenly it worked, because the toxin threshold had gone down low enough for me to be able to handle - MORE - toxins again - whoopee -

So it's good to have some kind of understanding, if possible, which system you're dealing with, to understand how long it might take to have a response.

I can have very quick responses to some supplements, like in an hour's time, when I started the mangosteen juice.
