I've never used it before and am just starting. Wondering if it really does help with detoxifying, or just another waste of $$?

Also, when is the best time to take it? thanks for any input!

I know it is supposed to help your body make more glutathione and it also is supposed to attack the biofilm. I take it along with Alpha Lipoic Acid, Acetyl L Cartnitine, Methionine and a special B12 and Folate to try to increase my glutathione.

I think it is a wise investment. I just started all the supplements again about two weeks ago. I do feel better but I am getting the kind of B vitamins my body can assimilate. That makes a big difference.

Thanks nefferdun, I just took 1 pill today and I think I felt something.. positive, not sure. Your combo makes sense, will ask my LLMD about that. I do take oral liposomal glutathione but the effects don't last long at all.

Yes, supps are only as good as what our bodies can absorb. Hope you continue to see results! Thanks so much!!

Yes, it has helped me off and on a good bit, I'm actually back on it now these days. My pendulum has had me take it with meals--sometimes with breakfast, sometimes with lunch, sometimes with both of those meals.

I'm taking NAC but not sure how much I should be taking? Do we need more than the recommendation on the bottle?
Any advice?

Things are never dull. After 3 fighting Lyme, 2 are in remission. Youngest is still sick, age 22. He has new diagnosed Chiari Malformation and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
