My LLMD said I can start either one first but I can't decide which one. He said to start one and then a week later add the other one. I have not treated in awhile and usually herx pretty badly. So, which one first?

IMHO - I would say biaxin. 1 dose a day for a couple days then go up to full dose. Same with the plaquenil the next week. -------------------- Psalm 46 1 God is our refuge and strength
