I try to find good electrolytes but they are in plastic bottles.

Which is the best electrolyte?
If possible not in a plastic bottle or even better as a powder.

I purchased powdered ones called Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak by TraceMinerals. Can't remember where I got them but drugstore.com may have them or Vitacost.

You can buy electrolytes in little packages at any health food store. It's by the same company that makes Emergen-C.

It's a powder you mix with water. No sugar either!! [Smile]

Coconut water is a great electrolyte and it's antifungal, antiviral, antiparasitic etc and chocked full of vitamins and minerals. I haven't seen glass bottles with coconut water tho.

Gael, I can drink coconut water instead of electrolytes, sounds great. Is coconut milk also an electrolyte?

I also found the Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak by TraceMinerals online.
Thank you all so much.

I like Selectrolytes. Also coconut water, for the reasons Gael mentioned above, plus it's "whole".

Make yourself some sole from Himalayan Rock Salt.

Use a few drops of the sole, in good water,
enough before it tastes too salty. Drink it. Check before you buy to get the real Himalayan mined Rock/crystal salt and be sure to check its original and proof of quality.

To learn more about Himalayan Salt, take a look at the book "Water and Salt". Try Swanson's

You can still mix in Electrolites/other brands. I get Biopures and change it to glass bottle when I bring it home. Alternating the different minerals is importatant. Detoxing without a wide range of minerals is not possible. Try Ayush Fulvic minerals - in capsules. There is one called Mineral Life - I don't have it - but have heard enough about it. Maybe someone using it can comment.

Take care.

P.S. Learn to test energetically - it will tell you which one your body prefers at the moment. It changes, and in a couple of days it may prefer another one.

For all the time use, a few drops in water, or soaking limbs, etc., the rocks work best. Start with a few rocks at the bottom of a 1 quart jar will not longer dissolve when fully titrated and ready to use. Use as you need it (a few drops in your drink with all the trace minerals) and then add more good water to the jar to set aside until years later the salt has dissolved and you need to add more salt rocks. I have done this for years and it never goes bad and is always available.

I love the Electrolyte Stamina from Trace Minerals Research. I order it by the case! I didn't know they had a powdered form. Or, that having electrolytes in a plastic bottle was a problem--makes sense.

I use Himalayan salt that I grind up myself on my food. Having some saturated solution on hand is a great recommendation!

Best,

Cass A
