Was thinking about adding this into my daily routine but I cannot figure out when I would actually take it.

Do I need to take away from EVERYTHING else? Or are there things this will not bind to?

Take it away from everything. I just took it when I needed it.

How long can you take it ? Everyday for months?

Does it absorb metals and toxins from ONLY the Bowel, or from the entire body ?

Does the bentonite cause die off / herx?

Do you need to take extra minerals with it ?

How do most people react to it ?

I've taken it everyday for months
I didn't herx from it or react from it
No extra minerals were taken
it was spaced apart from meds and sups

How far did you space it? I usually take my enzymes first thing in the morning but plan on taking the clay instead.

I have been taking it about a week. The first day was unremarkable . By the fourth day I began feeling odd 1 hr after taking it . I feel dull achey sensations that seem to move from one joint to another - not intense . I also have an extremely achey back and dull ache in kidneys . these symptoms last about three hoursr , and I feel tired also . I am feeling VERY stiff and arthritic , which I have never been. I have NEVER had joint discomfort or this kind of stiffness . I am theorizing that the clay is indeed pulling metals or toxins out of joints or kidneys . It is a strange sensation ! Hopefully this will eventually help .

I am also taking extra fiber and drinking a whole lot of water .

From what I read it is best to NOT take meds or food for 2 hours after the clay or the meds and nutrients will be lost . I am also taking extra minerals and vitamins in the evening with my evening meal , so I will not become depleted . I will probably do the clay every other day after next week , then take a break .

The pubmed study indicates it can even remove radiation .

I suspect I am toxic by the strong reaction I got after third day and the sore joints and muscles which I have not had previously .

I hope others will share how the detox from clay affects them. I am surprised by my reaction !

My first couple of days I noticed nothing . Then by the fourth day , I had weird symptoms and felt lousy .

I am taking extra fiber and drinking a lot of liquid , and taking extra minerals , as I think they are needed . I am also taking it three days on and three days off to allow my body a break .

I definitely feel weird sensations about an hour after taking it - achey in joints and kidneys and lower back and very stiff muscles. This is not normal for me. I THINK THE STUFF WORKS ! You can read about it at Pubmed - it even removes radiation.
