I am wondering what kind of treatment others have had for dysautonomia, besides treating the obvious infections we all have. Care to share?

I have POTS and take very low dose atenolol for that.
My nervous system is overeactive and I am going to try an herbal remedy for that called catecholacalm. I have not started it yet.
I also think adrenal support is important and catecholacalm is good for that as well.
I just started an exercise program to try to reverse some of the POTS symptoms. You can google the Levine protocol for POTS.
I also eat smaller meals every few hours.

Hi Opus...
My symptoms are dry mouth, dry eyes, digestion problems and GI problems in general, heat intolerance as well as cold intolerance in the Winter time, trembling of hands on occasion, my blood pressure has dropped, low body temp and EXTREME sensitivity to light.
If I am in the sun more than 5 minutes, it makes me ill. . No POTS yet, thank goodness. I have an appointment this week with MD, so I will be discussing.
I am also unsure if there is an adrenal link here.
Anyone else?

How about adrenal fatigue? If you have suffered from it, what treatment did you have specifically?

My son takes florinef for POTS. He also takes a beta blocker and his migraine med helps his POTS.
