I have been having severe ankle pain & leg fatigue, Dc said to take two weeks off & then restart, isnt this just letting the bugs win or is it letting them settle down??? I try to follow Dc's advice but hate to stop treatments :-( [confused]

me to, and cramps,spasms,

thigh/buttocks wraps to calf then ankle

kinda like a snake,, usually left leg
leg diddn't want to work a couple times
