I've been trying to figure out why for the first time in my life I have had months of almost NO pain during my periods in 14 years.

Im wondering if I have had Lyme and co. since childhood and it caused the Endometriosis.

My "Endometriosis" displays every 28 days like clockwork with:

Diarhea
Stomach issues
Extreme pain, helped with heat
Flu-like symptoms
Hot flashes
sweats
Chills
Large blood clots
Pain in back of thighs
Pain in bottom of feet and legs
Palpitations

Is is just me or do a lot of these symptoms sound like Babesia? Is Babesia known to cause hypercoagulation? I once saw a chinese medicine doctor who said my Endo is caused by hypercoagulation. I also saw a Gyno. who tested all of my hormones and they were normal but he noted that my endometrial lining was very "thick".

Im wondering if anyone else had their endometriosis helped by lyme treatment or by treating a specific infection. Just trying to find another piece to this crazy puzzle.

I have always associated metal toxicity/mercury with endometriosis. Google it with Dr. K.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis long before I was dx with Lyme&Co.

The huge flare up of endometriosis symptoms for me happened during Rifampin treatment so it could be micoplasam or bartonela in my case. The pain lasted for few months and I was about to go with second surgery (did not want to go on birth control or Lupron) but luckily pain calmed down I skipped second surgery. To ease the pain I used to heat ceramic plate in the owen and spent hours in the bed sweating to the point that my sheets were wet.
I have been pain free for good one and a half year.

Thanks Gigi.. Can I remove metals without seeing a specialist?

Coffee-are you saying that Rifampin/Bart/myco treatment got rid of your endometriosis all together? I use a heating pad for at least 24 hours and take Naproxen which helps a lot!! I treated Bart for 9 months...

I can not say that treatment healed endometriosis. I still have it, and it was present on my last gyno check up, but to this point I have been pain free for long time.
In my case the huge flare up of endo symptoms coincided with Rifampin use, but I am a far from saying that bart or mico is causing endometriosis.

I just hope that that horrid endometriosis pain does not happen again.

I use nattokinase and lumbrokinase and evening primorose oil (capsules) and I like to think that these help too.

Jamers, no, I would not suggest you remove metals without the help of a doctor who understandstoxic metals, because uusually they are distributred in more than one place. But I urge you to get tested. In today's age, where most likely everbody is heavy metal toxic and more and more exposed to EMF, it is important to get it out of the body.

I posted a list of symptoms involving mercury and other metals -- you should check it out. You do not want any of these problems. Do you have amalgam fillings or a hobby/carreer involving metals?

If you have an LLMD, as him/her. By now, most of them are getting the message that toxic metals are often a part of Lyme that needs treatment.

Take care - wishing you good things!

GIGI-I will check out your post. No, I do not have amalgam fillings or any job involving metals. I do eat fish and have had vaccines which I've heard contain mercury but that the only things I know of.
