Two tablets twice a day.I read it's not necessary to take them away from abx. Is it likely to cause nausea and stomach upset? Should we start at full dosage? Thanks.

No, nystatin is an easy one to take (no worries). I would start at the full dosage. And yes, you can take it with abx.

Son and I on Nystatin also. He has taken it for 2 years with no issues. We went full dose right away with no problems.
