so my neck is stiff and i get some numbness in my right hand when i move my head way up or down and i think it is feeding my latest bout with dizziness thanks for your feedback

I too have this. I assume my dizziness is from Babesia but I have different types of dizziness... My ears feel like they're full of fluid, my neck is stiff and makes me feel dizzy, and my eyes do strange things that make me dizzy. Originally I had all 3 of these going on and had terrible vertigo. My eyes had "nystagmus" where they dart side to side. Not fun!

yeah me too. feel llike i have a brace on my neck it's so stiff.

i have severe ear ringing and vertigo....

For me, it can be a matter of whether my neck vertebrae are misaligned. When I get a good chiropractic C1 adjustment, dizziness goes away.

Numbness in the hand can be from misaligned lower neck or upper thoracic vertebrae pinching the nerves.

None of the adjustments hold that long, but at least I get some relief and I'll go for that!
