I KNow this is supposed to help getting the lymph system to move faster to help detox

I have no trampoline or rebounder but am I big water exerciser-does jumping in a pool for the same amount of time count? I would think it would

Also, anyone use welchol or chrolyastime (didn't spell right) Be at this 5 years now, and also trying to detox all the drugs I was put on
I rife now, and don't want to add any drugs in it's not crucial

Detoxing is number one on my list, I do most everything that is listed for detoxing and see a doc who specializes in NMT to help move the crap out

Any thoughts?

Q: Does jumping in a pool for the same amount of time count?

Yes, indeed. But so does just moving in the water. So does just walking. Most movement helps moves lymph - as long as the muscles contract and relax it matters not how fast.

So don't jump too fast, too intense or too high. It needs to still be non-aerobic for most with lyme (though you may be far enough along to increase your speed).

Just sort of slow tiny partial squats / bounces against the floor can also help move lymph, even with feet not even leaving the floor.

You can also sort of bounce off your kitchen counters - using them for balance & hand support while you just kind of bounce for a bit several times a day.

Balls of feet stay on the ground. Best done in supportive shoes to protect the foot structure.

IF INNER EAR issues - for anyone with any degree of dizziness or vertigo - go very, very easy on even slight bouncing. It may not be the best for some with vestibular issues. There are other ways to get stuff moving.

Also for those with any degree of swelling to the brain, take it easy - very easy.

Coffee enemas have been wonderful for me. It helps the liver produce new bile rather than re-circulating the old.

At first, the thought of it wasn't pleasing to me. Then I saw for myself it wasn't a messy process at all. Easy and clean. I buy the disposable enemas bags on amazon. I would not want to have to re-use an apparatus.

Also oil pulling is very good, and dry skin brushing.

And I take Boluoke to help break up biofilm and increase circulation. I think all of these things help.
