Derk, you really need to find an LLMD. Lyme and company only get worse without good treatment. Go to www.lymediseaseassociation.org to find one. I would opt for one who is ILADS educated (IMO, they are cutting edge).

Derk,Have coinfections been ruled out? A couple of your symptoms sound like babesia.
It would be best to have a good guide to get you past all this.
2 1/2 years is along time with derealization( I did 8 or so months "checked out" and that was torture.
Please consider going to the next step(LLMD).Find a good one that can help you through it.
Good Luck ,you will get better with the right combo of treatments.

derk,

If you have been dx with parasites, then that would be the obvious place to start ASAP! If you have some antiparasitic herbs, I would start them right away!!!

Some people are having success with the Ivermectin/doxy combo. Doing nothing is NOT a good idea.

Some parasites can lay up to 200,000 eggs a day. Extra cloves kills the eggs. You can get clove capsules by Hanna kroeger at vitacost.
