I'm doing claforan shots everyday now for over a week. It wasn't too bad at first but now so sore.
Has anyone else done this before? I'm supposed to do two a day! I'm only doing one and I'm hurting.

Make sure you are rotating your sites. Use right and left dorsogluteal and ventrogluteal sites ( butt and hip). This will allow one muscle area a whole day to heal before you return to that area again.
If you have pain after the injections, heat can help with the healing and dispersal of the medicine.

What dosage are you taking? Maybe divide it up into smaller amounts instead of one big one?
Are you preparing the mixture yourself? If so, what are you using to mix it? Any chance you can get some lidocaine to help with the pain?

Yes I use lidocaine but it's just sore because of the constant poking. I think I'll try switching up the sites more often. Thanks guys!
