Can anyone recommend a good GNC protein shake that is Lymie friendly for us and does not work against ABX?

Why does it have to be GMC????
Alive powder mix , vits, mineral, supps with I 5 Oxygen x,amino acid complex, then open a few capsules of supps I need to take and it's easier on tummy, Brewers yeast I want egg in it ..nobody will do that way for me and the shake is usually the thing that gets made if it looks like ER is any where in near forcast,
I just need to be 30% better so I can get to the products and kitchen, and do one each day..
That's to get and make heath shake... I need a 100% for wellnes..
How would it hurt ABX unless you have to watch mineral intake at same time with a couple of ABX'S

Thanks Nonna.
Needed GNC because I wanted to get it today. I've lost 10 unwanted pounds in a little over a week since going more strict on diet and it is taking a toll. My body is screaming for food and/or protein.
The Alive looks really good.
Trying to exercise too and this is only getting harder to do with progression of the disease. I am open to any other protein shake after getting one today as a quick fix.
