Evening. Had some job stress. Nothing major but change with students., staff etc. since getting the news of that, my whole left side is tingling etc.
Been off Lyme meds except for byron white al and treating Bart with rifampin and bactrim.
Any suggestions? As I can't sleep etc, body wired etc. thanks .

I just started a new job and it's been hard for me to sleep. I wasn't feeling right the first few days and have increased my water drinking. Are you drinking enough water? I'm sure you don't have enough bathroom breaks so it might be hard to get enough liquids in. If so, drink 2 glasses of water when you wake up.
Tingling sounds either like major herx, back off of A-L, or symptoms are coming back and you need lyme meds.
Hope it resolves quickly.

I think any stress like that could increase symptoms. Head tingling, increased tinnitus, and a too busy mind are all things I have experienced with job related stress. Also falling apart in tears at the end of the day.
It might calm down after a while when things are not so stressful at work for you. I wonder if an epsom salt bath and some gentle yoga at the end of the day might help. If you have any time before work, some yoga and/or exercise as you can tolerate might help then as well.
I hope things get better for you.

Thanks for your input. Things seemed to have calmed down. The more I think about it, my symptoms are more neuro like Bart which is a big player with me now.
My calves hurt. So maybe it's a Bart herx??? I just thought this was almost gone. I guess, keep at it.

Sounds like you need some adrenal support. That will help your body handle stress properly, address the insomnia, and the "wired" feeling.
Please be very careful when dealing with excessive stress at work it can cause you to relapse. Try to find ways to reduce it and make it manageable if possible.
I ended up relapsing after dealing with severe stress at my job. I had been forced to pick up over-time (essentially double my contracted hours per week) for several months while a coworker was out on medical leave. The work load was unmanageable and unsafe even for a healthy person.
Short periods of stress are expected in life. Please don't subject yourself to a stressful situation that does not clearly have an end to it. I loved my job but looking back I should accepted the financial risks and emotional losses to have protected my health.
