A few weeks ago, during a trip to the UK, I began to get constipation. I was not, and am not on any medications at the moment, though I had been taking a protocol for babesia prior to my trip. At the moment, I hardly go to the bathroom, (even though I eat a lot of fiber)so I think I have to address getting back on some good flora. I had been taking Ultra Flora Plus, but I ran out some time ago. I am wondering which brand might be the most effective. I am getting worried because this is unusual for me.
Thanks for any info! It will be appreciated!

Are you gluten free?? You can actually get constipation from eating gluten. Just a thought.

I use Custom Probiotics. Other good ones are Ultimate Flora, Theralac, VSL#3, Healthy Natren, etc.

I second Lymetoo.

I also use the Lactose Free Probiotics from Custom Probiotics and love it. I also have used Natren, Biok, Theralac and others.
