Is there anyone on low dose naltrexone along with antibiotics or antimalarials? Did your llmd put you on both, and how is that working for you?
Thank you. Artist

I'm on all 3. LDN, 3 antibiotics plus mepron.
Been on this for over a year. No issues.
I'm around 90%

I am also on all three, and I have not had any problems.
For some people, LDN can cause temporary insomnia. I believe it typically resolves a couple weeks after starting it.

You can avoid the insomnia by taking it in the morning. Dr. Zagon (not a LLMD) at Penn State University has studied LDN for nearly 30 years and he says their research shows it does not matter what time of day you take it.
I started it with antibiotics but now I am off everything but the LDN. The first time I tried it I had terrible bladder irritation which I thought was a side effect. Turns out it was undiagnosed protomyxzoa. Months later after I began treatment for PR, I had no trouble with the LDN.

Thanks for your input. Nefferdun, how are you doing on the LDN alone?

My son (22) has been on LDN + ABX + Mepron for about 5 weeks now...no reactions. So far hasn't helped. Sorry but not helping yet. His sleep isn't great but he seems to have good and bad nights, always have. Good luck

Neff...I"d be careful with this. The whole reason why LDN works is you take the "fast acting" version at bedtime which disrupts the endorphin or some production in the brain at a specific time.
This can only happen at night.
