I am on tinzadole-and I'm having an increase in back of the head headache, shortness of breath and generally feeling awful...so maybe it does.

I'm taking it for both -- says the LLMD. At this point just as monotherapy. I suppose he'll add something else next time. I'm doing it every single day!

Look up Tini on Web-MD or other drug database. Its listed as being anti-parsitic. So Hopefully it hits some babs and other crap we all got.

In my opinion it does help with babesia but I would not take that just by itself -- hubby tried that a couple of times and ended up in the ER. If it works on lyme cysts or babs in my opinion you need to be on something else to kill those infections when the cysts burst or the babs comes out of hiding.

I would at the very least take some herbs that work on babs and lyme -- maybe artemisinin and cat's claw or Japanese knotweed or something similar.

Otherwise I am afraid you could just get sicker rather than getting better.

Hubby did end up taking the tindamax every day for several months once we had other meds on board and in that situation found it helpful.

Thx, Bea. This is what I'm worried about. But the Sapi study says tindy hits all forms of Bb. I plan to start very slow and figure I can back off if it gets bad. Wondering how long before I hit th herx. Just took my second pill 250mg. I plan to do that for 3 more days! I'm not messing around with ramping up too fast.
