I had horrible bloating and gas. I never had this before, also slight pain in the GI. After a few hours i passed a slimy biofilm like structre that had filaments that looked like the one of the "candida salvia test" ... it was very strange to see that.

This may be candida + candida biofilm? Symptoms would also fit because i feel like i have candida as a coinfection since im ill.

What are the best herbs for candida? Im allergic to garlic. I know GSE but its too much for me (maybe because of too much die off...) so maybe someone could help me. Did anyone have a experience like this?

Yes, that sounds like candida in the gut, to me.

I found coconut oil to be the single most effective candida fighter I've ever used. If you aren't eating fats, you could perhaps try a caprylic acid supplement or Lauricidin, both of which are made from the medicinal properties of the coconut, I believe....

Also, Oil of Oregano is good (get the capsules -- the oil is nasty tasting). Have you tried adding the GSE in really, really slowly, or pulsing it?

I think most of us have Candida as a coinfection, even if we don't take antibiotics -- and of course it is much, much worse if we do take them!

It sounds like the bile that came out of your gall bladder which is the purpose for doing the coffee enema to begin with.

Its a good thing.
