If you can get away with treating just before and during that time of the month why not try it. Sounds good to me.

Yes, I did find this true for me also-
I've been on minocycline, and did 2 bottles of HH2 herb, and no longer have wicked 'PMS'
treated Bart last year with antibiotics and A-Bart, but felt it coming back front and center, hence the mino and HH2.
Hope it holds....it's been nice not being crazy like clockwork every month ;-)

Well, as I felt my Bart coming back, I felt my PMS getting worse-
BUT, I don't really know exactly when my Lyme and Bart cycles, although I always thought female cycle time-
The last 2 months, since focusing on Bart again, I have had zero PMS, it's been many years since it hasn't been an issue.
I plan on going off everything come January, so we shall see.

Lyme flares bad right before and during my period. Then all infections seem to flare with the period. It's a horrible time!
I know for sure though that I experience Lyme symptoms too. Not just Bartonella. I personally would treat for Lyme and other intracellular infections like Bartonella.
