So I've had lyme for a long time and have come along long way with my treatment. I'm able to run and swim with no real issues most of the time.Doesn't make my fatigue better or worse. Can run miles no problem. My question is why would weight lifting put me in a hurricane of severe fatigue lasting for days just with one workout?? I've tried going back building up slowly many times but its only the weights that trigger the extreme fatigue. Any thoughts here??

A similar thing happened to me- Physically active but I had been sick for many years --
Then I joined a health club and lifted weights for like two days got real sick passed out - Went very downhill from there - So maybe -
