I have been debating about getting a colonic, but worried about the safety of these. What do you all think?

I had one several weeks ago. I felt so clear headed afterward. I would like to get them on a regular basis.

Are there any particular contraindications for colonics?

Lax mom did you have a lot of cramping during or after the procedure?

Ellen: the procedure itself was a bit uncomfortable...but afterward I felt great.
Seriously, I felt 100% for a few hours after...and I have never felt 100% in the year I've been treating Lyme.
The practitioner told me that she's not allowed to tell clients if she sees parasites, etc...but I told her to please tell me because I needed to know.

Do you know if you had a "closed" or an "open" colonic? Neither one sounds appealing, lol, but I'm thinking the open would be better after reading the differences.

You will not realize the benefits until you have done a few. It usually takes more than one to reach the last feet of the colon.
Once you see the liver emptying aka Liver Dump, you will realize why we are sick.
Parasites will be difficult to see because some of them are digested by us and do not appear as worms/parasites. The majority of parasites are so small and cannot be seen except with a microscope. Often what we see in photos are the empty casings/skins of worms/parasites. Wondering what happened to their insides???

I have been doing them for awhile now and always feel SO much better after.
I asked my LLND at my last appt if they were ok, and he said if they make you feel better, sure.
