What other that treating parasites helps with mucus in the bowels. Big issue for me.

That sounds like biofilm to me. I take Boluoke, Cistus tea, etc.

I have never heard of excess mucus. If there is a lot of mucus with the stool, it is probably from shedding. Inflammation in the intestines causes mucus shedding and this is not a good thing.
I have Crohn's Disease and this is one symptom of it. It does not mean you have Crohn's but it can mean you have inflammation in the intestines.
You can try Ginger and Curcummin or Turmeric to reduce inflammation and it also helps with Lyme in general.
