I do, especially when I wake up. I am now herxing on bart meds and they are really sore.

I try to walk when I can-some days further than others. This seems to help me although it is the last thing I want to do. I kind of force myself and go slow and I think the stretch I get while walking does help. Hope it gets better for you soon

I agree walking helps. I found a great cramp salve seems to really help.
