I know a lot of folks have tried parasite meds and wonder which ones have seemed to make anyone feel noticeably better ?

I am on ivermectin every other day and herxed badly for months. Then my asthma improved , but I am still battling fatigue. I have WORSE (!) fatigue and return of twitching if I stop the iver. It is helpful, not curative .

May I add that after 17 years of illness and three years of no results with ABX ( except for horrible herxes ) that my instincts are leaning toward the belief that parasites are THE reason most of us stay sick .I thought the idea far fetched for a long time, but everything logically points to it IMO . I am not a scientist, but the fact that soooooo many people herx severely on parasite meds is a powerful indicator that a parasite must be involved , esp when the ABX only help with a small amount of people.

Please share if you think one of the parasite meds made your function or fatigue improve.

Ivermectin and doxy. I felt great on this combo. Also, alinia. I feel good on parasite meds, but when I stop them, I quickly go backwards. That tells you a) the meds are probably just hitting some of them, and or b) I need to be on them longer. My guess is it's a little of both.

I feel better after I pass a lot of parasites. This has happened with each of the meds I've tried (albendazole, ivermectin, pyrantel/PinX, praziquantel/Biltricide, mebendazole/Vermox).

I guess the one that gave me the most results with the least unpleasantness was the Vermox. But, each person's situation will be different, I'm sure.

In my opinion, since we have no way of knowing which kinds or how many kinds of parasites we're battling, we need to swap the meds (or the different herbs with salt/C) to keep hitting them from all sides. Which drugs/herbs kill which forms or lifestages of these critters? We don't really know, it's trial and error.

Try adding something to your iver. It sounds like the iver isn't killing everything. Do it gradually, don't get into a big herx cycle. Judge results by what you can see.

Personally, once I've cycled through these meds again and have managed to increase my doses, if I'm still sick I will try the salt/C. Or, go back on babs treatment which I think has some overlap.

Have you considered alternating with antiparasitic herbs and salt/c? The sea salt and vit C help support the adrenals and fatigue. Ivermectin alone is probably not enough to fight these parasitic infections.

The combo of Ivermectin and doxy as suggested may help as well. Maybe doing the Dr.K. protocol with an ART practioner would be beneficial for you. I agree 110% that PARASITES are a major part of this illness.

I have just started a heavy duty parasite cleanse. I will be following the one describe at this site. http://forum.mmspr.net/downloads/HOW%20TO%20DETECT%20AND%20TREAT%20A%20PARASITIC%20INFECTION.pdf

What makes sense to me is I listened to his discussion on youtube and he said that parasites are really tough to get rid of and they are also smart. I also may have some really tough ones from all my international travel and my long term infection that could easily be more than 30 years.

I think I am finally strong enough to hit them pretty hard. I am currently on the Dr K cocktail and the Mimosa sees to work. The MMS, both uses seems to work very well. Hit them hard for three months in a row may be what is needed.

As soon as I finish this protocol I plan to do a liver cleanse. I will continue the cocktail through out and see how I feel.

I did the Salt and C but my blood pressure went up to a rate that concerned my GP so I stopped. I was doing it for a little more that 3 months. I got some results but I think I would have needed to be on it for 2 or 3 times that length of time. And if I can remember to do it I will zap as well.

PM me if you need to know where to get the Vermox.

All the Best, MattH

I am currently on herbs, garlic , and iver , along with pyrantel off and on. I will also try albenzadole - probably fenben as a sub bec it can be found at Tractor Supply cheaply , and a lot of morgellon's people had good results with it .
Thank you for the replies ! I am curious to see if anyone is FEELING BETTER after targeting parasites with different drugs . Sometimes I wonder if "Lyme " is actually a parasite instead of a bacteria, yet I herxed like H--L on ABX . I just never got better with them.
