We are not doctors and cannot diagnose you. Please consult a Lyme-Literate health care practitioner for proper treatment - your test results and symptoms suggest Lyme and/or coinfections are a possible issue.
If you are not seeing an ILADS-trained Lyme-Literate medical professional (MD, DO, ND), I suggest you post in the "Seeking a Doctor" forum here to get recommendations for somone near you.
Take care,

Doxy and other antibiotics for Lyme will cause a Jarisch-Herxheimer (herx) response. You will feel worse before you feel better. Keep going on that doxy!!
I know Texas only has one LLMD, so I do hope you can get to one!!! Do not think you can beat this without a good doctor who knows what he is doing.

Welcome to Lymenet!
I'm no doc, but I've been around long enough to recognize it. You have lyme. You must suspect it or you wouldn't be here.
I'm guessing you already found a lyme doc since they are pretty much the only ones ordering IgeneX tests. Hopefully an ILADS doc, since they are cutting edge (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society). Sadly, mainstream docs are clueless.
There is lots of great information here on Lymenet for you to review. Also a great book that explains the whole lyme controversy: Cure Unknown. It's a really good read.

I agree with the other replies. You also need to be evaluated for all the co-infections ticks can transmit. Some of your symptoms could also be from the co-infection Babesiosis.
Make an appointment with a knowledgeable doctor as soon as you can.
