Morning.

So, my neck is getting better but at a "snails" pace.

Doing pt weekly.

At this point, having spasms on the side of disc issue.

Feels better after I stand and pinches when sitting.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks, [Smile]

Do you have a supportive chiro-ish pillow?

I'm getting chiro treatment and just changed my pillow to this and it helps (BTW, just realized I got ripped off by my chiro, I paid $67 for this same pillow...UGH!!):

Increase Magnesium Glycinate intake, at times, to prevent spasms. Biosil helps connective tissue and is very effective. Hyaluronic acid capsules (Swansons have them at a reasonable price) help.

I've suddenly had neck pain again, actually my massage therapist calls it nerve pain, that travels all the way down the left side of my body into my leg. Ouch! Massage helps, frequent stretching helps some. She has me putting ice on it and that helps quite a bit.

Also started taking Neurontin (gabapentin) again and that helps a lot--makes existence bearable.
