This poor kid went to china ended up with encephalitis after a tick bite. The parents sued the school for not taking proper precautions and won 41 milllion.
Could be useful for anyone out there wanting to take legal action based on lyme
Thought it was interesting that even though the school asserted it was "rare", they plaintiffs still won the case.
Alos school asserted they consulted the CDC guidelines.
I hope to god this somehow will help others in similar situations.
