I will be starting IV in the next several weeks. Currently I am ramping up some other things and they could change... Anyone have feedback on this schedule? I'm trying to keep everything apart that I know about, as well as work with parenting.
Before IV starts I am thinking about doing some rest, meditation, or relaxation in those blocks to get used to timing.

5 AM infuse (this will be later if I can get household help)
5:50 thyroid if prescribed
6 Mepron w fat
6:30 smoothie, oral abx, ritalin, supps

10 AM magnesium, probiotics
11 Ritalin
12 lunch, supps
3 PM magnesium, probiotics, Ritalin

Time? Dinner, abx, Mepron
6 infuse
8:30 PM cholestyramine

Are you taking lots of probiotics?

Is your only breakfast the smoothie?

It is my understanding that cholestyramine needs food to bind to, ideally 1/2 hour after ingesting. I know it is hard to do this when you are taking all of these other meds/supplements.

I end up splitting my breakfast into 2 parts. I have a small amount of food (hard boiled egg usually) with my first round of morning meds/supplements that need to be taken with food.

Then 1 hour later, I take cholestyramine. A half hour after that, I have the second half of my breakfast (usually oats or some type of cereal with flax seed and almond milk). Then I wait 3 hours before having any other meds/supplements.

I know this is NOT easy! But it seems to be working for me. Hope this helps.

I don't think the smoothie will be the only breakfast because I need a few solid bites for pills to not cause nausea.

For probiotics I am doing two 50 billion caps, and one Jarrow S. Boulardii. Will add water kefir but just got grains.

CST will start today and Mepron next week...for now, though, stool on the above probiotics and 2 Ceftin, 1 Azith, is not good. Hm.

Maybe I should do a post with better details, like all the yeast, etc.!
