Sometimes I'll get that burn going in some muscles, but I've barely done anything (I'm bedridden/ in bad shape). It reminds me of weightlifting, but all I'm doing is lifting a cup or dish.
It's so frustrating to feel like you need exercise, but exercise always seems to cause a setback. Why do my muscles feel like this with such minimal activity? I feel like even basic stretching in bed is difficult.

Google parasite symptoms and you will see muscle cramping and abdominal burning. Having burning in the muscles is just another facet of a parasitic infection. Have you aggresively gone after parasites?? Parasites are known to invade muscle tissue.

Also google parasites in muscle tissue for a more in depth explanation.

I had burning muscles and it was actually nerve pain. Lyrica helped me. (of course that's just symptomatic relief while you treat the cause).

I've been treating for parasites aggressively for 2 months. I see no palpable improvements. I don't have muscle cramping, but the burning sensation along with the weakness of a used muscle.

Did it coincide with muscle weakness?

What are you treating parasites with? FYI, I was VERY sick while tx parasites in the beginning and for a long time, so if your symptomatic it could very well be a herx.

How much salt/c are you doing? Have you seen any visible parasites? In the beginning mine were encased in biofilm and if I hadn't taken them out of the toilet and dried them out overnight, I would have never known what they were.
You might want to try Parastroy beginning with minimal dose and ramping up. Or a pharma med such as Ivermectin. You can also try pinx that you can get at the drugstore. Really sorry you are so sick. Trying to help you if I can.

I have not seen any visible parasites. Did my first enema yesterday and all I got was half-digested food. I check everyday to see if something is in there.
Salt/C in between 3-6g. It is hard to go up on it bc I am doing ozone now and I have to stay clear of antioxidants for about 2 hours before/after.
Parastroy is mostly about the BWH, wormwood and cloves, which I already have in a better form. Pretty sure Parastroy would be weak in comparison.
How much can I take?

Okay, I hear you about the ozone. Parastroy has many other antiparasitic herbs in it which could hit some other bugs. Same for the pharma meds.
I don't have any experience with BWH, but you might want to switch up down the road to see if you get different results. Hope the ozone works for you. Keep us posted.

BWH= black walnut hulls. It's the first ingredient in Parastroy.
I've also done significant amounts of other herbs in there. For a month I made a paste with raw garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, olive oil and salt and put it on 3 meals a day.
Also made papaya seed and coconut oil shakes.
Not sure where I would go to get parasite pharmas.
