I'll chime in.
You could be on the safe side an take a dose of doxy for a couple of week. At least a high does for a couple of days.

- The two photos are very different. The first one does not seem likely to be a tick bite. The second one, certainly is of concern.
Although the second photo is not your foot and stock photo, it sounds like YOUR mark changed dramatically very fast. If your foot looks like the second photo just overnight, I'd sure be getting to a doctor ASAP for whatever early jump on this you can get.
However, since you've been at LymeNet for about 9 months, I'm thinking you may already be in treatment and have a LLMD.
If so, best to contact them. Of course, these situations always come up at the start of a weekend.
Perhaps some of the Rx you may be on if in current treatment could cover the bases for you but not necessary for all infections that the tick may have carried if this is from a tick bite. -
