Just posting this in case people can use this info. It's from a commercial source but I found the information interesting.

Treating severe lung disease often requires
nutrients and this powerful healer...

I've written a good bit about COPD and other lung problems in recent months. I've received a few letters questioning whether nutrients really can treat such severe cases. These folks aren't skeptics, they're just wanting some real hope. For instance, Sandra wrote asking if beet juice really can help COPD.

The super-antioxidant from the sea that can undo years of damage to your heart, brain, joints and nerves

The answer is yes, beet juice and many of the nutrients I recommend can help. The studies prove it. But it often depends on the case. Some cases don't respond as well as others.

In fact, there are cases of lung disease that are so severe the patient needs more than just a little juice. They might need multiple nutrients, plus a treatment that I recommend every lung patient consider if their condition is severe.

This is what I recommend for Mary L., who recently wrote, "If you ever come across a real cure or aid for bronchiectasis it would be very helpful for a number of people with this condition. It is a terrible malady."

It sure is a terrible malady. Bronchiectasis is a condition where the airways narrow. It usually involves some destruction of these airways and the surrounding muscle. So most doctors believe the condition is irreversible. I don't agree.

In fact, one study recently found that the antibiotic azithromycin, which has anti-inflammatory abilities, helped 66% of the patients who took it. It works because the cause of bronchiectasis is a bacterial infection.

So it makes sense that the antibiotic works. But here's the problem. The patients had to take the antibiotic for six months to find this type of relief. You can imagine the devastation the drug has on your digestive tract and your immune system.

But the study is important. It proves that you can reverse the condition. But there has to be a better way. And there is. As I mentioned earlier, whenever I hear about severe lung disease, I immediately think of oxidation therapies.

These include intravenous hydrogen peroxide, ozone, ultraviolet blood irradiation, and intravenous vitamin C treatment. These are incredibly powerful treatments that deliver oxygen straight to your bloodstream and tissues. Oxygen is a critical nutrient for fighting bacterial infections.

So you can see the same results as the antibiotic, perhaps even better, without the side effects. You can find a doctor who uses these treatments at www.acam.org. They can tell you if any of these treatments are right for you.

But don't stop there. You also need to take a probiotic to boost good gut flora and help boost your immune system. I recommend Advanced Probiotic Formula.

I also suggest taking something for inflammation, such as Reduloxin. Both of these will work alongside of the oxygen therapy to help restore or at least improve lung function.

Finally, you'll want to eat a diet that encourages oxygen utilization. Drink a glass of beet juice every day. You also need to drink plenty of water.

And eat lots of dark, leafy green vegetables, such as kale, spinach, Swiss chard, parsley, sprouts, collard greens, and mustard greens. Also, get as much exercise as your doctor recommends to push the oxygen into your lungs and tissues.

Using all of these treatments could bring significant relief to bronchiectasis and other severe lung disorders.

Your insider for better health,

S.K.
