I think bile disregulation triggers our disease. Bile while working correctly, it kills microbes, parasites, and bacteria.

My doc said that internal bile detox is stimulated by far infrared sauna treatments, so bile is part of detoxing.

When I first got sick, the 1st thing the dumb Drs did was remove my gallbladder to "see if it would stop the fevers"...nice.
Digestive enzymes are helping a small bit.
I ordered a portable FAR sauna and hope it helps me feel better.

The FAR sauna helped me a lot. Take your time building up the time and heat.
After doing it a few times, I was sleeping better and I know I was detoxing more.

Interesting idea!
Also, I heard Buhner say at his recent seminar that myco loves all cilia in the body. Lyme must trigger a cascade.
Coffee enemas also stimulate more bile.

If, like me, you have had your gallbladder removed (and I know many here have), an estimated 5% go on to have EXCESS bile, with the liver churning out bile in quantity continuously, rather than the gallbladder releasing it when you have a meal.
This can start straight after gallbladder removal or at any time later.
Excess bile pools in the stomach and can cause bile acid diarrhoea/IBS symptoms and/or bile reflux up the oesophagus , where it can be more dangerous than acid. I appear to have both problems (recently exacerbated ) and am having now to reduce some of my herbs and supplements that are known to stimulate bile.
