I don't own the kindle device, get my kindle books thru amazon which stores them in their cloud presumably. Just go to my amazon account and then read it in my kindle library online on my computer at home. You can download the kindle reader free at amazon.
My comment on the update she wrote is that it is still astounding that we have to have researchers prove we still are infected. Why is it that thousands of patients can say the same thing, which would be convincing about any other disease, but it is discounted. Instead researchers who mostly can't get NIH funding or get published are expected to prove what we say. Meanwhile the other guys have no proof we aren't infected but they keep getting published and their junk science is accepted as gospel. Makes you wonder if medical science is science at all when things like this go on for so long.
