I have Bell's Palsy on one side of my face. Never had it before Lyme so I'm assuming it is caused by the Lyme. Does it go away when one heals from the Lyme?

Yes. Or, it can even just go away spontaneously. Or, it can go away after some good lyme treatment, not necessarily totally healed from lyme.
I had a mild, bilateral (both sides of the face) bells palsy for 3 years and didn't know what it was. It is called "facial drooping" when it is mild like this. It felt like my face was being pulled down by gravity, and it looked like I was scowling all the time.
Then, after 3 years of this, one morning I woke up and it was gone! This was all before I even knew I had lyme disease and before I got any treatment at all for lyme disease.
Once I was finally diagnosed with lyme disease (it took 10 years of sickness for the diagnosis) and I began to learn the symptoms, my mind went back to that facial drooping I had.
So, take heart. With good treatment, this symptom will go away and your face will be normal again.

Yes. Mine was the worst in January. It was like the left side of my face had been frozen at the dentist. It receeded on it's own. (Mostly)
The left side of my face still looks like it shifted an inch downwards, but it only gets really noticeable if I am tired.
Beauty sleep... Haha!
