Time is of the essence. My son was bit 13 days ago and develped a rash, but not the bulls eye. There are no LLMDs in Houston or for that matter Texas. What are my options? Seek out a doctor out of state and wait for an appointment and lose valuable time? Any ideas or recommendations anyone?

I am really getting very worried. Went to his GP and they will not treat. I know all about Lyme and Babesia from when my husband and I had it. The doctor we saw is deceased.

Can you see a different doc ASAP?

I'm not sure how the clinics work in the states, but here each clinic may have 4 or 5 docs at a time.

You mentioned your so n was feeling warm earlier? Does he have a fever?

If you can't get abx...go to www.humaworm.com they have specific herbs for Lyme and they have antiparasitic herbs for children as well.

You can also go to your local health food store and see what they suggest. Check out Lymestrategies for the salt/c protocol. Kills Lyme and parasites.

Have seen many families report good results with their kids. You can order the salt/c plus book from Amazon.

See if you can find an integrative (or functional) MD. Or maybe an osteopath.

Hope they can prescribe at least 30 days of doxycycline ASAP.
